The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a long-term strategic vision, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of the Montessori philosophy to lead the organization. The Head of School will be accountable for the overall leadership of the school. The candidate must possess: a minimum of ten years experience as an effective leader, preferably in an educational setting; a BS degree in business, education, administration or a related field.
