Where do you want to advertise?

1. AMI/USA Clearinghouse/Newsletter (printed 4 times a year)

Mailed to over 3000 members, schools and training centers!

Type of advertisements accepted: Job openings for AMI-trained teachers, heads of school, assistants, individuals seeking job/sponsorship, schools, AMI materials for sale, etc.

2. AMI/USA Website

Web ads are posted for three (3) month intervals and may be placed, revised, and removed from the website at any time.

Type of advertisements accepted: Job openings for AMI-trained teachers, heads of school, or assistants.

3. Both – Special pricing available to advertise in both locations

 

How much will my ad cost?

The same rates apply to printed and web ads, with discounted pricing available when you place your ad in both print and online at the same time.

 

Rates (for 1 Clearinghouse/newsletter OR 3 months on the website):

Up to 40 words $35 $50
Up to 60 words $45 $60
Up to 80 words $55 $70
Up to 100 words $65 $80
Up to 120 words $75 $90
Up to 140 words $85 $100
Up to 160 words $95 $110
Each additional 20 words $10 $10

If you wish to place your ad in BOTH the newsletter and on the website, add the following charge to the above amount:

Over 150 words $55 $70

Website ads are posted for a period of three (3) months and may be placed, revised, and removed from the website at any time. There is no refund or reduction in fees for web ads cancelled before the end of the 3-month period.

 

How do I pay for an ad?

  • Check - check or money orders made payable to AMI/USA, mailed to 410 Alexander Street, Rochester, NY 14607
  • Credit Cards - please call the AMI/USA office with credit card information (1-800-872-2643)
  • Invoice - we will invoice AMI recognized schools/members upon request

 

How can I place an ad?

Advertisements for up to 250 words may be submitted through our website, by mail, fax, or e-mail. Please submit ads as straight text – no formatting. Due to our policy, please do not mention organizations other than AMI in advertisements.

What are the submission deadlines for the AMI/USA Newsletter?

Web ads are posted for a period of three (3) months and may be placed, revised, and removed from the website at any time. There is no refund or reduction in fees for web ads canceled before the end of the 3-month period. All ad renewals must be placed according to the above schedule.

 

When will my Internet ad appear on the website?

Website ads run for three months and are processed every Friday. Ads received by noon (Eastern time) on Friday generally appear by Tuesday the following week.
