Head of School

Christian Montessori School is seeking a qualified, skilled, creative, and dynamic leader to serve as Head of School. Reports to the Board of Trustees, and is charged with comprehensive oversight of day-to-day operations. Christian Montessori School is an independent, non-profit school, serving students through a Primary program (ages 3-6) and Elementary program (grades 1-6). CMS celebrates 23 years of great success and looks forward to additional growth with a new Head of School. We have an excellent faculty and staff, mature Montessori curriculum, a beautiful campus with indoor and outdoor learning environments. It is a perfect environment for an experienced, energetic leader to call home. The role of Head of School at CMS comprises ownership of five specific areas: Montessori Education Oversight, Financial Management in collaboration with the Board, Public Relations and Communication, Administrative Management, and Implementation of the Strategic Plan.

Compensation includes competitive salary commensurate with experience, health, paid vacation and holidays, and tuition remission for one qualified dependent.
