Hannah Richardson
Hannah Richardson is an AMI-trained Montessori educator and organizational leader with more than two decades of experience across independent, public, and charter Montessori settings. She has served as a guide, coach, coordinator, consultant, and Head of School, leading programs of varying scale and complexity.
Her work centers on the translation of Montessori philosophy into sustainable, real-world practice. Hannah specializes in systems thinking—supporting schools through growth, transition, and renewal by aligning pedagogy, adult culture, leadership, and organizational design.
She is the founder of Montessori Makers Group, an umbrella organization with initiatives spanning curriculum and literacy, professional learning, organizational mapping, design, and community connection. Across its work, Montessori Makers Group focuses on coherence: helping Montessori schools and educators connect vision to structure and values to daily practice.
Hannah serves on the boards of The Peace Rebellion and Indigo Montessori and is trained in anti-bias, anti-racist (ABAR) practice, which she integrates into leadership development, policy design, and institutional culture. She has completed doctoral coursework in Early Childhood Education (PhD studies completed, ABD), grounding her work at the intersection of education, systems, and social transformation.
