Finding Ground: Building Strong Elementary Practice

In Finding Ground: Building Strong Elementary Practice, Allison Jones and Elizabeth Slade guide you to prepare yourself, your elementary environment, and the systems that support every child’s growth, so you can focus on the big picture while providing the day‑to‑day structure they need.

Whether you’re stepping into the classroom for the first time or returning after years in the field, Finding Ground offers a fresh invitation to recommit to honoring and supporting the whole child.

Join Allison and Elizabeth as they share strategies, insights, and stories that will re‑energize your passion, strengthen your confidence, and help you cultivate environments where every learner can flourish. Because Finding Ground is not just about being fully present, it’s about building the foundations that let both you and your learners thrive.
