Production & Exchange: Building Skills Through Real-World Work

Real-world work can awaken adolescents to their own capabilities. In this virtual workshop, we'll explore how meaningful projects and community partnerships can inspire responsibility, creativity, and a growing sense of contribution, all essential elements of thriving adulthood. In this workshop, we will: - Analyze examples of real-world work that build practical and interpersonal skills. - Collaboratively design meaningful projects or community partnerships. - Identify ways to scaffold student ownership, teamwork, and responsibility. This workshop will be held online via Zoom. The workshop will be given entirely in English. Please note that the workshop is in Eastern Time (New York City).
