Supporting Emotional Growth in Adolescents

Adolescence is a crucial period of emotional exploration. In this virtual workshop, we'll explore how educators can provide stability, empathy, and wise counsel, helping young people develop resilience, self-awareness, and the confidence to navigate life's complexities. In this workshop, we will: - Recognize key social-emotional developmental milestones of adolescence. - Use practical strategies for guiding emotional regulation and communication. - Model the adult stance that fosters resilience and healthy relationships. This workshop will be held online via Zoom. The workshop will be given entirely in English. Please note that the workshop is in Eastern Time (New York City).
