Workshop for Primary Assistants - Washington Montessori Institute

A hands-on workshop designed for Primary Assistants who are working with children ages 3-6! Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the assistant’s essential role in the classroom, grounded in the Montessori philosophy and principles of child development. This workshop will cover the fundamentals of Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, and Math areas, offering practical strategies to support the guide in providing independence and maintaining a calm and respectful learning environment for children. This workshop is ideal for both new and experienced assistants looking to strengthen their foundation and confidence in the Montessori approach.
