Navigating Tricky Conversations is a 90 minute professional learning workshop for leaders who regularly face challenging, emotionally charged, or high-stakes conversations. This session offers participants useful language, strategies, and mindset shifts that can be helpful in engaging in difficult conversations. If you want to work on approaching these tricky conversations with clarity, humility, and humanity, while strengthening trust and community, this is the workshop for you. Participants will be invited to work through scenarios, time permitting.
