MNW | Tiny Steps, Big Trust Series: The Trust Bridge

MNW | Tiny Steps, Big Trust Series: The Trust Bridge

This session addresses the needs of nervous families by teaching caregivers how to build a deep bond of trust through heart-first communication. Participants will learn to support parents as they navigate the emotional hurdle of the morning drop-off, helping them transition with confidence and grace. The workshop encourages moving beyond basic daily logs to provide meaningful developmental snapshots—those tiny stories that prove to a parent that their child is truly known and valued as an individual. Additionally, we will cover how to handle sensitive conversations regarding topics like biting, developmental delays, or illness by using empathy-led scripts that protect and strengthen the essential partnership between the guide and the family.
