Seeing Through the Dignity Lens

This 90-minute live virtual workshop introduces The Dignity Model in a way that is immediately practical and built around conversation. Leaders will walk away with a working knowledge of the 10 Essential Elements of Dignity, an understanding of why "treating people with respect" isn't enough, and the ability to recognize the 10 most common ways leaders unintentionally violate dignity in themselves and others.
