This Zoom In will focus on the equivalence materials beyond the divided squares. We will be reviewing the other various polygons in our equivalence materials (triangles, rhombi, trapezoid, pentagon, decagon) as well as going over the materials for exploring the theorems of Pythagoras and Euclid. We’ll go over the general pattern of the work, discuss some specific points of interest for the various polygons, and explore the language used to clarify the discoveries.
