Young Learners, Big Questions is a practical, hands-on workshop designed for Children's House guides who want to ensure anti-bias and inclusion work are being addressed in the first plane of development.
Building on foundational concepts you may already know, this day focuses less on theory and more on what it looks like in the prepared environment: real scenarios, language you can use with children, and concrete ways to integrate anti-bias principles, grace, and courtesy into daily practice. Whether you're joining for the first time or returning for a refresher, you'll leave with immediately usable strategies, deeper self-reflection, and renewed clarity about how to respond when "rubber meets the road."
